By attending the Nintendo Labo Studio (the “Studio”) you agree to these rules and requirements, and any other rules or requirements posted at, or otherwise communicated to you in connection with, the Studio. When entering the Studio location (“Venue”), all Studio attendees (“Attendees” or “you”) must sign-in, complete a registration form and receive a name tag. To be admitted to the Studio, you may be required to confirm your identity by presenting a valid government-issued photo identification.
All Attendees will be selected in the sole discretion of Nintendo. Only those individuals explicitly invited by Nintendo of America Inc. (“Nintendo”) are permitted to attend the Studio. If you have responded to a survey or other inquiries from Nintendo in connection with the Studio, you represent and warrant that your responses have been truthful and accurate in all respects. Attendees may begin entering the Venue up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the Studio session to which the Attendee was invited. Doors to the venue will close 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of the Studio session to which the Attendee was invited, and Attendee may not be admitted to the Studio after that that time. Minors (17 years of age or younger) attending the Studio must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you bring any minors to the Studio you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of such minor(s).
Your invitation to attend the Studio is a revocable license. As a condition of this license, the Attendee agrees to comply with all rules and requirements of Nintendo and the Venue. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of this license without compensation. Attendees must not bring the following items into the Venue: weapons, markers, skateboards, lighters, controlled substances, large containers, gum, stickers, recording devices (excluding cell phones and any recording devices possessed by authorized media) food or beverages, other than empty plastic sports bottles or medically necessary items. Nintendo reserves the right to limit backpacks, large bags, and similar items.
Attendees may not wear apparel that displays content that is inappropriate, offensive, or political, or references third party brands, logos or trademarks.
By entering the Studio, Attendee gives Nintendo, and anyone authorized by Nintendo, irrevocable permission to: photograph and/or record Attendee in connection with the Attendee’s participation in the Studio; edit and modify any resulting photographs, recordings or other media or materials (the “Photographs and Recordings”); and use the Photographs and Recordings and Attendee’s likeness, persona, voice and statements from the Photographs or Recordings in any manner or media indefinitely in connection with the commercial, promotional, industry and/or internal purposes of Nintendo, its affiliates and promotional partners, without any compensation to Attendee.
In addition, by entering the Studio, Attendee: (a) consents to reasonable search of all items carried onto the premises; and (b) assumes all risks occurring before, during, and after the Studio session, including injury by any cause, and releases Nintendo, Venue, and their representatives and personnel from all related claims, and any claims relating to use of the Photographs and Recordings as authorized herein. Without limiting the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, I waive all rights I may have under California Civil Code Section 1542, which reads as follows: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the Release, which if known by him must have materially affected the settlement with the debtor.”
Invitations to attend the Studio are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Attendee is responsible for all parking, transportation and other incidental travel costs. No re-entry into the Venue will be permitted once you are admitted.
